Holistic Awareness Training

COSMOS Module

TRAINING PROGRAM & WORKSHOPS

Cosmos Module Overview

Summary

The Cosmos Module delves into the interconnectedness of all life within the vast, generative systems of the cosmos or plenum. Diving extensively into NAIO Meta-themes, it explores the dynamic interplay of cosmic order, evolution, and transpersonal experiences, emphasizing humanity’s role as both participant and co-creator within this living system, Gaia. Central to the module is an exploration of Everywhen,

a concept of deep time, multidimensional k-now-ing,

and the primordial origins of existence as described across mythologies, philosophies, and sciences.

The module will further elucidate concepts of Eros, Nous, and Logos by exploring primordial Chaos, the ancient concept of the Great Deep or Waters, from which the cosmos emerged.

There will be discussions regarding potential transpersonal experiences and a comprehensive understanding of the imaginal, incorporating the latest developments in neuroscience and the ethics related to these experiences to support clients. Participants will also engage with contemporary interpretations and core themes, such as chaos theory in physics and the meta-thematic interplay between actuality, order, and formless potential, including Heraclitus's "strife." Through somatic practices, participants align with these meta-principles, embodying a sense of wholeness and evolutionary creativity, to support clients across the spectrum of their experiences.

In this module, we consolidate, deepen and integrate the origins and development of NAIO™. There is an extensive exploration of cosmic principles within human experience and how to attend with safety and clarity their transpersonal emergence

in a somatic practice.

SYLLABUS

Module Objective

On completion of the Cosmos Module, participants will have explored primordial chaos, the Great Deep, or Waters, and its symbolic representations across cultural and scientific frameworks. From their study of cosmic generative and ordering principles, Eros, Nous & Logos, they highlight the interplay of chaos, order, relationship, and emergence as generative forces within the vast cosmic plenum, Gaia, and human life.

Training participants will embody their insights from the personal experiences in NAIO sessions, linking biological and cosmic knowledge through somatic awareness. They engage with and can articulate the imaginal realm as a support for transformation, creative potential, and evolutionary emergence.

Practitioners will be able to foster and support an embodied experience of a relational and multidimensional awareness of time as continuous and non-linear by understanding the concept of Everywhen. By the module's completion, they will have integrated evolutionary patterns that reflect life as a

co-creative process within cosmic systems that orchestrate biological existence.

The Cosmos module can be taken to enhance participants who work in related fields such as somatics, psychology, bodywork, massage, meditation, and care-giving professions. It serves as the prerequisite module and preparation for entering the NAIO™ Practitioner Training Path conducted by NAIO™ International.
