Training Tuition Fees for the USA

Tuition fees listed are for the USA based NAIO™ Practitioner Certification Training Program conducted by NAIO™ International.

International training fees vary and relate to expenses to conduct a training, and the cost of living index per location.

THE FOLLOWING TUITION AND FEES ARE FOR THE USA, NAIO™ PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATION TRAINING PROGRAM

APPLICATION FEE & DEPOSIT

  • Non-refundable Practitioner Training Application Fee $300.00 USD

INDIVIDUAL MODULE FEES

  • BASIS (110-hours) | $1250.00 USD
  • PHYSIS (110-hours) | $1250.00 USD
  • PRIMORDIA (110-hours) | $1250.00 USD
  • MATRIX (110-hours) | $1250.00 USD
  • BIOS (110-hours) | $1250.00 USD
  • COSMOS (110-hours) | $1250.00 USD

SESSION FEES

  • In addition to the training tuition, participants wishing to receive the NAIO™ Practitioner Certification must also receive 10 hours of personal sessions. This usually involves 5 sessions of 2 hours duration with NAIO™ Founder and Training Director, Prue Jeffries. The session rate is $125 per session. Total cost is $625.00 USD


TOTAL COST FOR THE ENTIRE NAIO PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM IS $8425.00 USD


The total does not include travel, food or accommodation costs for Modules. The purchase of books from the reading list and any extra study materials is also additional.

MISSED TRAINING HOURS OR DAYS

IN the case of a Training Participant missing time or Days for the In-Person Module.

They will be charged $150.00 per tutoring hour for any extra hours needed outside the modules to complete the requirements. The Maximum charged for the time will be $650 for day.

The hourly fee can be divided between trainees if one or more Trainees need to participate in make-up Training.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are two options for tuition payments. Participants must be accepted into the program to establish a payment plan. You are not considered registered until payment is collected.

  1. Per Module Payments - Naio™ Practitioner Training Program Participants on paying their $300.00 application fee, and with acceptance into the program can pay for each module as they progress in the program. Training participants must sign up for each module and make full payment 30-days prior to the module start date. See also refund policies.
  2. Payment Plan: Payment plans can be structured for 12, 18 or 24 months. They begin the day of your first installment.

A one-time $100 administrative fee is charged for the payment plan. The missed payment plan fee is $25. 

Graduation occurs only when the training program has been paid in full. See also refund policies.

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Credit/Debit Card: Payments can be made in full using your Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover card with an additional 3.75% processing fee for each transaction.
  2. Check or Cash
  3. Venmo, PayPal or Zelle style gateways with 3.75% processing fee for payments when applicable.

PER MODULE STUDY - NON TRAINING PROGRAM PARTICIPATION FEES:

  • There is a $150.00 non-refundable module application fee.
  • Each of the six modules is 110-hours of study and costs $1250.00 USD and is due 30-days prior to the module start date.
  • There are no payment plans available for per-module study. The same payment methods apply as the Naio™ Practitioner Certification Training Program. See above.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations on the part of the NAIO™ Practitioner Certification Training Program participant must be in writing. A program withdrawal notice is required for official removal from the entire program.

In the case of a complete program withdrawal, any tuition owed via payment plans will need to be paid in full for modules taken, including any processing fees. As per the payment plan agreement entered into.

No payments are expected for modules that have not been taken on withdrawal if more than 30 days notice is given before start of next module..

For modules taken or partially taken there will be no refund and full payment is due for that module including any processing fees.

For modules withdrawn prior to 2 weeks before Module start date, or within 2-weeks prior to module start date, the individual module withdrawal policy applies - see below.

INDIVIDUAL MODULE WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal from an individual module is also required in writing. If the withdrawal occurs prior to 2-weeks of the module start date, 50% of the tuition is refundable or the tuition can be applied to a future module. If the space is filled by another person, 100% of tuition will be refunded or the tuition can be applied to a future module.

If the withdrawal from a module is within 2-weeks of the start date then no refund will occur. If the space can be filled by another person, a refund of 100% of module tuition will be made or the tuition can be applied to a future module.

If the withdrawal is due to an unforeseeable emergency than the full module tuition can be applied to a module at a future date. Doctors letters and supportive documentation will need to be submitted. It will be up to Naio™ International discretion, however they are not obligated in anyway to make such a decision.

TRAINING CANCELLED BY NAIO INTERNATIONAL

If the training is cancelled by NAIO™ International, a full refund is given for the modules that have not been taken. No liability shall be held to any other party or for any other costs incurred by the participant.

NAIO™ International reserves the right to alter dates, staffing, or venues due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances. There will be no liability to any party for costs to the participant that may be incurred due to these changes.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES FOR MODULES OR FULL PRACTITIONER TRAININGS CONDUCTED IN OTHER COUNTRIES OR LOCALS

***Refund and cancellation policies for Modules or International Training Programs conducted in other countries or locales may have different or separate cancellation and refund policies due to the unique nature of what is needed to conduct the training program. These will be published once such trainings are organized for participants to see.
