Tuition Fees and Policies

for NAIO Programs

Training Tuition Fees

Tuition fees listed are for the USA-based NAIO™ Practitioner Certification Training Program conducted by NAIO™ International. International training fees vary and relate to the expenses of conducting a training, and the cost-of-living index of each location.

Program Tuition: $15,000 USD

(plus Application Fee and Introductory Course — see below)

This is a single, structured tuition — not an à la carte accumulation of separate course fees. It includes:

  • All six Foundation Modules: online coursework, live sessions, Personal Salon (individual mentoring), and Group Salon
  • All three In-Person Immersions, including each student's individually arranged Receiving Sessions with the lead teacher
  • The Certification Review
  • Certification itself — there are no additional fees for evaluation, graduation, or certification once training requirements are met

Paid in three even Trimester installments of $5,000 each, tracked by period rather than by the specific content in each block — the first due upon acceptance into the Program, the second and third due 30 days ahead of their corresponding Immersion.

A full breakdown of tuition by module and Immersion is available below, for those who want it.

What Tuition Reflects

Tuition reflects the depth of direct, hands-on mentoring throughout the training — Salons, Immersions, and individually arranged Receiving Sessions — along with the ongoing work of developing and maintaining program materials, and the real costs of running the training itself. This is a closely mentored cohort model — small groups of no more than six, working consistently and directly with the lead teacher throughout.

Immersion tuition does not include travel, accommodation, food, or local transport. These are arranged and paid for separately by each student. Immersion locations will be announced with each cohort, with options provided where possible.

The three-Immersion structure — rather than more frequent, shorter gatherings — is deliberate. Concentrating in-person time into three deeper, longer Immersions supports genuine immersive depth and minimizes disruption to students' ongoing lives and work between gatherings. Much of the training's real work happens between Immersions, through structured independent study and practice — students are expected to come to each Immersion having actively engaged with what's been given, not encountering it for the first time on arrival.

Application Fee & Deposit

Non-refundable Practitioner Training Application Fee: $300.00 USD

Introductory Course

$675.00 USD

The NAIO™ Introductory Course is a 35-hour course (30 hours recorded, 5 hours live online) offered fully online. It serves as the formal prerequisite for entry into the 900-hour NAIO™ Practitioner Training. Participants who continue into the full program receive full credit for this course toward their certification requirements.

Ethics & Belonging and Training Orientation Modules

No charge. These two prerequisite modules (14 and 3 hours) are offered at no cost, completed before application, as part of the admissions process.

Payment Timeline

  1. Application — the Application Fee ($300) and interview happen first. This is a genuine screening step: it protects both your time and the training's integrity by filtering for applicants who are seriously committed, not casually curious.
  2. Introductory Course — paid at intake, with intakes opening twice a year, in December and July.
  3. Trimester payments — begin only once a student has been formally accepted into the full Program, timed ahead of each Immersion:

Payment Approximate timing

Due before Trimester One — $5,000 February–March = June Immersion One (and release of first module's online materials)

Trimester Two — $5,000 August–September = November Immersion Two

Trimester Three — $5,000 December–January = June's Immersion Three

Each Trimester payment unlocks that block's online module materials and secures the student's place at the corresponding Immersion.

Trimester Breakdown (for reference)

Trimester Modules Immersion

Payment One Basis Immersion One (7 days) $5,000

Payment Two Primordia, Bios Immersion Two (7 days) $5,000

Payment Three Physis, Matrix, Cosmos Immersion Three (8 days, + Certification Review) $5,000

Arrangements

Where a Trimester payment presents a genuine hardship, arrangements may be requested — such as dividing a Trimester payment into smaller installments ahead of its due date. Arrangements are made at NAIO™ International's discretion, may carry a small administrative fee, and must be agreed in writing in advance. Requesting an arrangement does not guarantee one will be offered.

Electives (Including Aqua NAIO™)

The 40-hour Elective requirement is fulfilled through a class, course, or workshop of the student's choosing. Elective fees are paid separately, directly to the relevant provider — including NAIO™ International, where a NAIO™-offered elective (such as Aqua NAIO™) is selected. Elective costs are not included in tuition.Depending on format, Elective costs vary widely, from roughly $200 to $3,500. Affordable, self-paced pre-recorded options exist at the lower end. Fully in-person, immersive electives — involving dedicated teaching time, travel, and venue costs, comparable to the overhead of an Immersion — sit toward the higher end, closer to $3,000–3,500. Most students will find an option that fits their own budget and interests within this range. Specific Aqua NAIO™ pricing will be confirmed once its format is finalized.

Post-Certification Listing & Continuing Requirements

A biennial (two-year) fee of $150 USD ($75/year) maintains a certified practitioner's status and listing. This is not a membership or subscription — it reflects the administrative cost of verifying continuing education, renewing the Training Agreement, and maintaining the practitioner listing. Continuing education must be completed through NAIO™-run or NAIO™-approved offerings — currently including NAIO™'s own CE offerings, Aqua NAIO™, and other Dione Endeavours LLC trainings taught by the Founder. (See Re-Certification Requirements for full detail.)

Missed Training Hours or Days

In the case of a Training Participant missing time during a Module's live components or an Immersion, they will be charged $150.00 per tutoring hour for any extra hours needed outside scheduled sessions to complete the requirements. The maximum charged will be $650 per day. This hourly fee can be divided between Trainees if more than one requires make-up time together.

Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover, with an additional 3.75% processing fee per transaction.
  • Check or Cash
  • Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle-style gateways: 3.75% processing fee where applicable.
  • Revolut: 3.75% processing fee for international currency transactions.

Graduation occurs only once the training program has been paid in full.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations by a NAIO™ Practitioner Certification Training Program participant must be submitted in writing. A program withdrawal notice is required for official removal from the program.

In the case of complete program withdrawal, any tuition owed for Trimesters already underway must be paid in full, including any processing fees, as per the payment agreement entered into.

No payment is owed for Trimesters not yet begun, if more than 30 days' notice is given before that Trimester's Immersion.

For a Trimester already underway or partially completed, no refund is given, and full payment for that Trimester is due, including processing fees.

Trimester Withdrawal

Once a Trimester payment has been made, it is non-refundable. This reflects the same principle common to university and professional training programs: once a student has committed and paid, that commitment stands regardless of a later change of mind, waning motivation, or personal preference not to continue.

The only exception is an unforeseeable emergency — in which case the paid Trimester tuition may, at NAIO™ International's sole discretion, be applied to a future cohort rather than lost outright. This requires written notice and supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor's letter). NAIO™ International is under no obligation to grant this, and approval is not guaranteed.

This deferral is available once per student across the full training. It is not a refund — it is a one-time transfer of already-paid tuition to a future cohort, offered only in genuinely exceptional circumstances.

Training Cancelled by NAIO™ International

If the training is cancelled by NAIO™ International, a full refund is given for Trimesters not yet taken, or, at the student's preference, applied toward a future training start. No liability is held for any other costs incurred by the participant.

NAIO™ International reserves the right to alter dates, staffing, or venues due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, without liability for any resulting costs to participants.

International Trainings

Cancellation and refund policies for Modules or trainings conducted in other countries or locales may differ, given the unique nature of what's required to run a training in that location. These will be published once such trainings are organized.
