Holistic Awareness Training

PHYSIS Module

TRAINING PROGRAM & WORKSHOPS

Physis Module Overview

Summary

The Physis module explores Being and Becoming. Bodily-Being (physis) is an emerging process home to a subjective living experience evolving in unity with all life. Underlying principles of NAIO™ such as the eternal, timeless, unchanging Being which underpins the creative, changing, transforming of Becoming are explored.

The underlying fecundity of biointelligent movements that generate conception, gestation, and emergence are studied. The morphogenesis of our development is examined further from earlier modules, and how this guides tissue orchestration into the shaping of our human-ess.

Physis develops practitioners' knowledge by studying embryology to understand how our bodily-being develops and is informed continously. It continues exploring the terrain of our corporal existence from an ecological perspective, with an orientation to process and interconnection. Rather than a dissection of parts and anatomies.

Practitioner’s will start to develop knowledge of the processes that emerge as the ‘body’ for working with their clients who have specific challenges to be supported through holistic awareness.

Physis continues to deepen and build upon the concepts learned in earlier modules of the different aspects of the NAIO™ holistic awareness process for participants, and those on the NAIO™ Practitioner Training and Certification Path. .

SYLLABUS

Module Objective

On completion of the Physis  module, participants will summarize and relay the NAIO understanding of Being and Becoming. They will discuss the meaning of Physis, as Bodily-being that is home to a subjective living process.

Training participants will be able to discuss bio-intelligence, conception, gestation and emergence, as processes and also themes. They will show an understanding of embryological processes and morphogenesis, having explored their role in tissue organisation into what we consider our human-ess.

They will demonstrate a nuanced development of their sensory capacity skills  based on touch, perception, and bodily awareness of the polyrhythmic movements of life.

The Physis  module can be taken to enhance participants who work in related fields such as somatics, psychology, bodywork, massage, meditation, and care-giving professions. It serves as the prerequisite module and preparation for entering the NAIO™  Practitioner Training Path conducted by NAIO™ International.
