Introductory Course

The NAIO™ Introductory Course is the first step into NAIO™—open to anyone interested in embodied awareness and self-care, and required for those entering Practitioner Training. You will explore NAIO™ principles through guided movement, self-touch, and meditation, gaining practical tools for balance, presence, and renewal.

NAIO™ Introductory Course

The NAIO™ Introductory Course is the entry point into the NAIO™ Practitioner Training, and it is also open to anyone curious about exploring embodied awareness for personal growth. This 35-hour course (30 hours recorded coursework, 5 hours live online sessions) introduces the principles and practices of NAIO™ in an accessible, self-paced format, complemented by direct live contact with the lead teacher.

What to expect

Foundations of NAIO™ — explore the key principles of awareness, inner movement, presence, and relational attunement.

Embodied Practices — engage with guided movement, self-care touch, and somatic practices to ground awareness and connect to oneself, others, and the natural world.

Experiential Learning — discover how sensory awareness, somatic practice, and self-reflection can deepen wellbeing and support personal transformation.

Relational Practice — experience how connection and attunement open new possibilities in communication, empathy, and presence, through a 1-hour personal meeting, a 2-hour live Q&A, and a 2-hour group practice session with the lead educator..
