PRIMORDIA Module

TRAINING PROGRAM & WORKSHOPS

Primordia Module Overview

Summary

The Primordia module is an odyssey into the fluid nature of life, and our own bodies. Water is the medium from which life emerges, and so is essential to life. The earth is around 71% water, and our own bodies reflect this being between 50-75% water. This module explores the primordial oceanic stirrings of life. Training participants will explore watery realms of creation, from a macro earth perspective to the micro world of intra-cellular dynamism.

The primordial level of existence is the world where life emerges into form and continues to flourish. It is the beginnings of embodied existence conducted by bio-intelligence. In the Primordia wave-form is the primary conveyer, and communication occurs through movements such as vibration, pulsation and the beginnings of sensory and spatial awareness, and of sentient life.

Concepts explored include pre-nervous-system communication, unicellular and multicellular life, morphogenesis, embryology, creative life movements of the Primordia, totipotency and pluripotency.

In Primordia, the question is asked; when did sensory awareness begin? How can we perceive and experience our bodies in a different context? Can we place our innate fluid origins as primary, resonant with all life - through the communing properties of water. What generative processes begin to emerge?

Training participants will have opportunities to explore themes such as - the body as a watery primordia of communing life forms. Somatic practices will support connection and awareness with concepts shared.

In this module, we learn about concepts in the origins of life through the medium of water. The Primordia.

The world of waveform and bio-intelligent orchestration. Further developing skills for being in Open Awareness,

to grow sensing and perceiving capacities, training participants will discover new ways of relating to their

bodies within a fluid context, and how to support this awareness in their clients, with NAIO™

TRAINING PROGRAM AND WORKSHOPS

SYLLABUS

Module Objective

On completion of the Primordia module, participants will summarize and relay key concepts related to the beginnings of life emerging through water. They will demonstrate a basic knowledge of cellular life, and its communicative capacities through movements such as vibration, pulsation and sensation. They will relay the definitions of motility and mobility, that started to emerge in primordial life.

Participants will be able to convey a beginning knowledge of embryological movements and processes, as well as morphogenesis. They can also discuss the concept of

bio-intelligence within the context for NAIO™. They will

also demonstrate an ongoing development of key practitioner skills needed as a NAIO™ Practitioner.

Participants will grow a sensory capacity based on touch, perception, and bodily awareness of the polyrhythmic movements of life. They will have a basic understanding of the biological basis for the development of sensation, and temporal-spatial co-ordination emerging through primordial life. Using somatic education principles and awareness practices, concepts will be grounded in latest understandings in anatomy and physiology, biology,

physics and neuroscience.

Module Type & Format

The Primordia module consists of 70 hours of multi-modal study, comprising the following five constituents:

  1. Online Coursework: 60 hours
  2. Live Online Sessions: 4 hours
  3. Personal Salon (individual mentoring): 1 hour
  4. Group Salon (peer practice and dialogue): 5 hours
  5. In-Person Immersion: shared with Bios module — see Immersion Two

NAIO™ International training programs are designed with layers of experience and learning opportunities in mind. The intention is to support people sensing, feeling and becoming deeply connected with the holistic life awareness process of NAIO™.

Format summary

1. Online Coursework

60 hours of recorded, self-paced study.

2. Live Online Sessions

4 hours of live, facilitated group Q&A and discussion.

3. Personal Salon

1 hour of individual mentoring with the lead teacher.

5. Group Salon

5 hours of peer practice and dialogue.

6. In-Person Immersion

Delivered jointly with Bios module during Immersion Two. See the Immersions page for full details.

Assessment Structure

During the practitioner path there are practicum assessments, home study, projects, reflective exercises and ongoing review of training participants with educators throughout the program's length. Requirements for graduation of the entire certification program also include the training directors ongoing evaluation of suitability throughout the program..

Module Outcome

At the completion of the module participants will demonstrate an entry competency in the following skills:

  • Understand, summarize and relay the importance of water as a medium for the emergence of life.
  • Name and describe principles of water seen in a biological basis - such as uniting, resonating, communing

and shape-shifting.

  • Relay concepts of wave-form and also ones related to primordial life.
  • Understand and describe unicellular and multicellular life.
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of intracellular processes.
  • Describe primordial communication through vibration, pulsation and the beginnings of sensation.
  • Discuss the various fluid compositions of the body.
  • Discuss totipotency and pluripotency and key differences.
  • Relay concepts related to embryology and generative processes.
  • Feel and perceive the body as on ongoing primordial process.
  • Demonstrate ongoing ability for being in Open Awareness.
  • Orientate to an internal sense of wholeness, and innate fluidity.
  • Embody a connection with Open Order, the ordering field of life intelligence.
  • Establish a compassionate and safe container based on a collaborative relationship for working with clients.

Module Prerequisites

  • Acceptance into the NAIO™ Practitioner Training Program.
  • Complete Basis Module
  • Full payment of the module fee, per the payment schedule set out on the Fees page.
  • For tuition, module fees, and Immersion costs, see the Fees page for full details.

Credentials Offered

The Basis Module is only available as part of the NAIO™ Practitioner Training Program, and is not offered as a standalone module to participants who do not wish to pursue the full certification. NAIO™ does not issue a Certificate of Attendance for individual modules — completing a module's hours is a requirement toward certification, not a credential in itself.

For full detail on certification, evaluation, and letters of recommendation, see Certification Policy.
