After completing an Introductory Workshop, students progress through six core areas of study that form the foundation of the NAIO™ Practitioner Training. These are delivered through a multi-modal approach, combining in-person sessions, online learning, and immersive residential retreats. This integrated structure fosters deep learning while supporting flexible and diverse modes of engagement.

The NAIO™ Practitioner Certification is a comprehensive 900-hour training pathway. It begins with pre-requisites, including a 3-day Introductory Workshop (24 hours: 20 in-person + 4 online), which serves as an orientation to NAIO principles and personal preparation.
Following the Introductory Workshop, students enter six core areas of study, structured in a modular, blended format.
Each module represents 81 hours of learning, comprising 20 hours of asynchronous study, 20 hours of live online learning, 36 hours of in-person contact, plus 2 hours of individual mentoring (Personal Salon) and 3 hours of group integration (Group Salon).
Modules are paired and delivered through three residential immersives (8–10 days each), providing 72 in-person hours per immersive, complemented by guided live online sessions and self-paced study and practice.
Together, the program’s three residential immersives provide approximately 220 in-person hours, which—when combined with the Introductory Workshop—fulfill the program’s total requirement of 240 in-person group hours within the broader 900-hour certification pathway.

LEARNING STRUCTURE SUMMARY
The NAIO™ Practitioner Certification encompasses 900 hours of integrated study, combining in-person training, live online learning, guided mentorship, and supervised practice. This blended, modular design balances experiential immersion with ongoing applied learning and professional development.
A 3-day foundational immersion introducing NAIO™ principles and personal preparation.
The training begins with a 3-day Introductory Workshop (24 hours: 20 in-person + 4 online) that orients students to NAIO™ principles, relational ethics, and embodied foundations. This module prepares each participant for entry into the six-module practitioner training sequence.
A 3-day foundational immersion introducing NAIO™ principles and personal preparation.
Each pair of NAIO™ modules is delivered within an 8–10-day residential immersive, providing 72 in-person contact hours.
Across the certification path, three immersives provide 216 hours of direct instruction, guided practice, and mentorship.
These intensives serve as experiential anchors—integrating study, movement, and professional formation in a shared, relational environment.
A 3-day foundational immersion introducing NAIO™ principles and personal preparation. Each module includes 20 hours of live online learning through guided seminars, tutorials, and demonstrations. These sessions sustain continuity between immersives and foster dialogue across the global learning community.
Self-paced study and recorded content.
Students engage with 20 hours of asynchronous content per module, including recorded lectures, readings, and reflective exercises.
This mode supports flexibility and individual pacing within the structured progression of modules.
Individual mentoring and group reflection sessions supporting integration.
Each module includes a 2-hour Personal Salon (mentoring) and a 3-hour Group Salon (collective reflection).
Salons provide spaces for supervision, dialogue, and integration. They may be scheduled flexibly throughout the training to align with cohort readiness and developmental timing.
Supervised, documented sessions applying NAIO™ principles in peer or client contexts.
Completed without charge and with verifiable logs.
Students complete 150 hours of supervised practice sessions as part of their professional formation.
These sessions are educational, not commercial—they must not be advertised or offered as professional services, and students may not charge or accept donations for them. Each session is logged and verified with date, duration, and client name and signature.
Logs are periodically reviewed by mentors to ensure professionalism, balance, and ethical alignment.
Guided experiential classes cultivating embodied awareness.
Somatic movement classes deepen sensory attunement, coordination, and embodied presence.
These 30 hours complement theoretical learning with lived, kinaesthetic understanding.
Ten individual sessions supporting personal integration and engagement with NAIO.
Students undertake 10 personal sessions (20 hours) with the NAIO Founder and qualified practitioners to support embodiment, regulation, and personal development within the training process.
Professional standards and ethical foundations
Ten hours of focused study address ethics, scope of practice, communication, and the foundations of professional responsibility for NAIO™ practitioners.
Final integrative project demonstrating synthesis and competency
The Capstone Project synthesizes learning across all modules into a creative, written, or practice-based presentation that demonstrates professional readiness and integrated understanding of NAIO.
Reading, journaling, and self-directed exploration across the full training arc.
Students complete 150 hours of independent study—reading, writing, and reflection that link theory with lived experience.
This time supports integration between immersives and consolidates each learner’s personal and professional growth.
